What if I would like to return my jewelry?
We want you to love your piece just as much as we loved designing it.
If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the jewelry comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.Simply send us an email with your order details, we’ll take care of the rest!
Is shipping really free?
Yes, we really do offer free shipping.
All orders come with free shipping. Since there are no extra charges, there are no priority shipping options. Every customer receives the same fast and attentive service.
We will hand-pack your jewelry and ship it immediately upon receiving your order. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track its progress.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but our commitment remains constant: fast shipping, free shipping.
Will my jewelry fade or tarnish?
Your jewelry is made to last. It will not fade or tarnish with normal wear.
We use high quality materials and durable plating so your pieces keep their shine.
If you store them with care and keep them away from harsh products, they will stay beautiful for a very long time.
What if my piece breaks or needs repair?
Life happens.
If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.
For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
